Primer Cup dimple refurbisher
For reloaders, this tool is essential for making primer cups reusable. Not only does it remove the firing pin dimple, but it reforms the cup's dimensions to specs. Tapping out the dimple by hand stretches the diameter of the cup, causing problems with pressing them into cartridge primer pockets. Just remove the anvil, clean any burned residue from the primer cup and use this tap and die set.
There are many easy to make formulas for primer compounds. Simply purchase or mix your own (available on the internet such as on utube videos), set the anvil back in place, and the primer is ready for re-use when your primer compound is dry.
